For this project you will design a Shopping Center. You may design a shopping mall, a strip mall, a town center, or a central business district. The design must include the following:
  • A graphic layout (similar to the pictures below) that includes at least 10 stores
  • Includes names of actual retailers (remember, at least 10)
  • Retailers must be a mix of different kinds of specialty stores
  • Include at least one restaurant
  • Includes at least 2 anchor stores
  • Displays areas for parking

A poster or tri-fold is preferable for this project, but you may also create a digital design. NEATNESS COUNTS!

NOTE: If your group would like to work together on this project you may, but you may NOT design a strip mall, and please note that all parameters are DOUBLED:

  • Includes names of actual retailers (remember, at least 20)
